Well what can I say – we had a delightful 4 days in Jordan – it’s a wonderful place and had such an interesting and good time.
There were so many good points – from the exhilarating 4×4 ride in Wadi rum to floating in the Dead sea. Not forgetting the highlight which was of course Petra – doing this by night was extra special , we looked forward to seeing it by day – which was just as awe inspiring. Mansouir (our driver) was nothing short of excellent – co-ordinating our tour and ‘fitting in’ all the sights, in fact he almost became one of the family. I must congratulate you on the choice of hotels, they got better as we progressed, and the Movenpick at the Dead Sea was incredible – we were sorry it was only one night and wished it were two.
As Christians the visit to Mt Nebo and Bethany meant so much.
