I just finished a tour of Jordan, and I wanted to tell you how clever you are to employ such an amazing driver. He was, without a doubt, the best driver we have ever had. We have traveled extensively, and we use drivers and guides frequently. As expected, Mohamed’s driving skills were excellent. And, since we had advised him about our back problems, while at Wadi Rum, Mohamed cautioned our driver in the desert to be careful with his speed due to our back problems. Mohamed was extremely patient with all my questions (and, being an attorney, I ask a lot of questions), and provided all the information I required. His English is excellent and we did not experience any problems with translation. He was always early to meet us each day. He allowed us all the time we wanted at each site. He called ahead to ensure we got the best guides available at each site, as well. (And I might also commend our guide at Jerash.) At the hotels, he always came into the hotels and stayed with us as we registered to answer any questions and ensure there were no problems. But, I must say, more important even than his knowledge, skill, and professionalism was his disposition. He was always in a good mood, which had a significant impact on our enjoyment of Jordan. Thank you so much for employing this man. He was responsible in a very large part for our enjoyment of this trip.
