Having returned home to England and had time to think back to our wonderful holiday in Jordan, I want to give you feedback on our tour.
The entire tour was extremely enjoyable. Booking it through Jasmine Salim was very clear and straightforward. Arrangements and the various options for payment were explained and payment itself was a simple process. When I needed to change our overnight accommodation at short notice on one occasion, your office staff were very helpful and met my request promptly and to my complete satisfaction.
Our driver Mohammed was excellent from start to finish. He always arrived promptly to pick us up. He was polite, very informative about local sites, local customs and traditions, and made sure we had knowledgeable guides on pre-arranged tours. His car was comfortable and clean. We felt safe driving with him and also leaving luggage and souvenirs for safekeeping with him. I would strongly recommend to friends and family who arrange tours through Jordan Select that they ask you to assign Mohammed to be their driver. If I book future tours in Jordan with you, I shall ask for Mohammed to be my driver. He is a great credit to your company. I am sorry that I did not make a note of our driver, Mohammed’s, second name. I know you have more than one driver called Mohammed as I met another who was driving for some friends who had also booked a tour through Jordan Select. Will you please make sure that my comments about our tour and about our driver get back to the man who drove for us on our tour from 8 July to 15 July 2013.
I shall post a review of my tour with on Trip Advisor and shall give you a very strong recommendation. I enjoyed the tour very much and shall recommend your services to friends and family. I know of at least one friend who is right now planning a tour in Jordan and shall give her your contact details.
