We are sending this email to thank you for organising our recent trip to Jordan and Jerusalem. From the beginning, Diala Ayoubi provided prompt advice and assistance with the organisation of the itinerary and accommodation. She provided us with a number of alternatives and some extra activities that we could choose. After we decided on the itinerary it was booked for us and we were kept fully informed as to what we needed to do. Because of Diala the organisation of this trip was hassle-free we would like to thank her for her support, advice, and professionalism.
On arriving in Jordan it was great to be met at the airport in order to double check our itinerary and then meet our driver for the trip.
We enjoyed everything that we did and the accommodation was excellent. One of the main reasons that our trip was such a success was because of our driver and guide Yousef. He always ensured that the arrangements were finalised by checking the accommodation as we arrived, calling guides and activity organisers well before we arrived to make sure that there were no hidden problems. He made good suggestions throughout the trip for additional stops and things to do. He often put himself out to ensure that we did everything that was planned and nothing was trouble for him to do. Yousef personalised the trip by taking us to local food outlets to ensure that we sampled traditional foods of Jordan. He became a friend and we were sorry to say goodbye at the end of the trip. We would highly recommend him to any other travelers coming to Jordan.
Yousef organised the local guides and when we spoke with other travelers we considered ourselves lucky as the guides that we had were excellent; something the other tourists did not agree on. This was due to Yousef’s experience and contacts and knowledge of which guides were good and who he wouldn’t use.
Once again we would like to thank Diala, Yousef and Jordan Select Tours for organising a fantastic holiday. You have a beautiful country and we have already recommended family and friends to make sure they go and visit.
