I can not say enough about the trip – it has exceeded all of my expectations. The places were great, Mohammed arranged for rooms with a view, and food has been very delicious. I can not put into words how lucky I feel to have had Mohammed as my driver. Mohammed has been amazing!!!!! From the first moment at the airport, he greeted me with a huge smile. As you know, I was hesitant to come as I was concerned about being American. He immediately put me at ease. He has been helpful beyond words and I always felt safe when I was with him. I definitely made a new friend! I will be very sad to say goodbye. Zaid was my guide in Petra and was also fantastic! He spent a lot of time telling me the history of Petra which made it even more beautiful. I also felt very reassured being with him and have made a friend in him as well.
I can not say enough about how the people of Jordan have treated me – I will leave that for my recommendation, though. It has been a blessing to have come on this trip and I feel very, very fortunate to have seen this place. It ill be very hard to leave.
